Shipping Info: Packages valued under £20 will be sent by standard mail. Any items or purchases totalling over £20 will be sent by trackable means.

We always retain proof of postage.

Requests for signed items - sorry but Richard can not sign anything that is not offered as autographed. This is because he does not have access to the stock prior to it being sent out.

Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you need an item by a specific date (for example as a gift) please include a note with your order. In some cases you may need to pay extra for priority shipping but we will always do our best for you.
Return Policy: Returns only accepted in the case of goods being faulty. In the case of damaged items please be ready to provide photographic proof. In the case of items you think may be lost please contact us within reasonable time e.g. 14 days, so that we can work with the post office to trace.
